We aim for same-week appointments on most repairs. For urgent faults like heater failures in winter, we do our best to attend within 1–2 business days. Call us and we'll give you an honest timeframe straight away.
Yes — our vans are stocked with the most commonly needed chemicals, filters and spare parts. For larger or specialist components, we'll source and return as quickly as possible.
For spas used 3–4 times per week, we recommend a full water change every 3–4 months and a valet visit every 2 weeks. Less frequent use can extend these intervals. We'll advise based on your specific situation.
Both. We're happy to do one-off repairs, water treatments or cover replacements. Valet plans are optional but offer great value — and there are no lock-in contracts. Adjust or pause anytime.
Yes — we service all major spa brands sold in New Zealand, as well as Covana automated covers and Endless Pool systems. If you have a specialist brand, just ask and we'll confirm before booking.
